Ep. 5 – 31Fifty Project
In this episode we sit down with Derek Okahashi and talk about the 31fifty project, what it is, where it came from and where it’s going. We talk about the mundials, jiu jitsu, training, nogi vs gi, womens jiu jtisu and more. Derek also broke some news on the show about something up and coming with 31fifty. We did experiance some technical difficulties with this show and some of the interview did not record, but we still were able to get a good bit and will try to get Derek on again real soon to talk some more about BJJ and 31 fifty

Explanation on the World Jiu Jitsu Expo
In episode 3 of FGR, on of the things we covered was the no show of Nick Diaz at the World Jiu Jitsu expo. Since, some press releases were made by each camp, first from Cesar Gracie explaining Mr. Diaz absence. Shortly thereafter, Braulio Estima responded with a retort to Cesar’s statement.
